Great idea! Only problem though is that some of those sites actually erase the pictures after a specific time period, which would mean we'd do all that work for a bunch of empty links. However if you do find one that doesn't that would be great and it should work just fine then Maybe we can take this discussion over PM instead? To keep the thread more clean

Oh and David about the slip, there's a section on the forum for buy/sell/trade which have a separate subforum for slipcovers only, I've gotten many there myself so it's a great place to start! Other then that I guess you're down to ebay, personal contacts or simply buying the movie again and making sure you get the slip with it. Good luck hunting it down

Here are some of the more obscure releases:

Nutcracker 3D (UK) - glossy

TT: Closer to the Edge (UK) - embossed foil slipcover

Zhu Zhu Pets (Australia) - has an odd, embossed, DVD-sized box that the 3D Blu case slips into (I've seen the German release and it is lenticular)

Sex & Zen: Extreme Ecstasy (Hong Kong) - slipcover box with a lenticular card that is not attached to the box

Boogie (Australia) has a clear plastic slipcover that slides over the case.

Flying Monsters (UK) - lenticular slipcover

Alpha and Omega (France) - lenticular slipcover

Dark Country (France) - lenticular slipcover

Sammy's Adventures (Italy) - embossed foil slipcover

Space Chimps 2 (France) - lenticular slipcover

Mihiro: Retour (Hong Kong) - lenticular box

Yukie Kawamura: Renaissance (Hong Kong) - lenticular box

I think this thread is going to get hairy with releases in different territories. For example - I don't believe the Saw: Final Chapter 3D blu has a slipcover in the US...? It has a clear case somewhat like the early Sony 3D releases.

The US Edition of the Nightmare Before Christmas is lenticular, as are all three of the Toy Story US releases. The US editions of Beauty and The Beast, Lion King, Green Lantern, Hoodwinked Too and The Final Destination (FD 4) have lenticular slipcovers.

So far, all of Warner and Disney US releases have had lenticular slipcovers, except, as far as I know, Mars Need Moms.

Was Mars Needs Moms issued with a lenticular variant? I have an embossed foil slipcover and it is a bit of an odd duck in the Disney releases.

I think I managed to mark down all the additions/changes you mentioned I agree with you that it might be a good idea to change the list to different territories, now that we're starting to get more of these. I could have a look at it and see what I can do when I find time But I would definitely need help with some countries!

Also, I marked down a little ? behind Saw and Sammy's adventures, any confirmation concerning those two would be great!

The Last Airbender 3D has a lenticular slipcover. It's more 3D than most of the movie.

Just got Conan the Barbarian and was happily surprised that they've bothered to dress it up in a Swedish slipcover! I also believe the front is different but can't confirm just yet since I don't have the US slip here a the moment.

Edit: Can now confirm that they are completely different!
