Default Playstation Network Game Downloads

Hey, I am thinking of downloading several classic PSOne Titles from the PSN Store (i.e., Warhawk, WipeOut, etc), and I was wondering if anyone here has any comments regarding downloads from the PSN Store for old classic games? Are they just like the originals? Is there lag, etc? Thanks.

Castlevania SotN is an awesome game.

I own the original disk and as far as I can tell its a perfect port.

It plays beautifully on my PS3.

Default PSN Network Classic PSOne Games

Is there any way to save these "purchased/downloaded" class PSOne games to a Memory Stick or something to port it over to another PS3 or to saved them in case the HDD in my current PS3 crashes or something?

Twisted Metal 2 is great exactly like the original.

As long as you have your PSN login and password you can sign in to another PS3 and download your purchased games to its hard drive.

Also note that you can send your purchased PSOne games to your PSP and play them there as well. I have Crash Bandicoot, Castlevania SOTN and MediEval, and all three work fine on both my PS3 and my PSP.

And further more, you can use the Memory Stick in your PSP to not only transfer the game itself onto another PS3 system, but also your save data.

I currently play the first Spyro the Dragon (PS1) on PS3. Lets say I want to leave my house and play it elsewhere, either on my PSP or on another PS3. I just hook up my PSP via the PS3 USB (controller charger) cable and copy the save file onto my Memory Stick. I can then play where I left off on my PSP. Then I can either transfer the data back over to my PS3, or to another PS3 to play it on that system.

Very handy indeed.

Default PSN Downloads

Hey guys, is there any way to transfer downloaded content (i.e., Warhawk Omega Dawn Pack, PSOne Wipeout, etc) to another PS3 without having to use the PSP as a bridge? Thanks.

You can use the back up utility but Im not sure if that takes paid content. You can always redownload the stuff on the other PS3
