Default Television stand maximum weight rating

My stand is rated for 70kg total with the TV shelf rated at 40kg.

The TV I want weighs 45kg.

Do I need a new stand or will it be alright? Bearing in mind I bought this stand for a 37kg TV which I had to send back...

I'd say play it safe and buy a new stand (or chose a different TV). If the stand fails you won't have a leg to stand on with the manufacturers because you exceeded their specifications.
