Does anyone know if the Region Free UK Fringe blu-rays are 50Hz or 60Hz? I was going to buy them, because they are less than 1/2 the cost of the US ones, but I know my Panasonic US player wouldn't play 50Hz discs.
In other words: are they authored for 50Hz electricity or 60Hz? I know that most European blu-ray players allow for both, so it could just be duplicates of the US discs, with different labels on each... or they could be the reauthored episodes prepared for UK broadcast. In still other words, does anyone know if they are 1080p or 1080i? If 'p', then they'd be OK, if 'i', then apparently not. Thank you very much for your help!
