Blu-ray Duke

I initially reported on this issue back in 2010 in this thread: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=148967
Last week on 2/28/13 I purchased several new movies from target. Tuesday night I decided to open them and found out one of them had a hole punched through the UPC. The difference between then and now is studios now use 'eco' cases instead of solid cases, so you can take a guess what happened next. They gouged the BD disc itself. I've spoke to corporate once again and was assured it was absolutely without a doubt never supposed to happen, yet I was told the same three years ago. I;m told I'll be receiving a follow up soon. Member grrrarg explained it well as it happens at his local store as well: Quote:
