When looking at the Yamaha RX-V3800 on Amazon I noticed the following:
"Latest HDMI 1.3a (4 in/1 out) specification supports with Deep Color (30/36 bit) transmission, 120Hz and 24Hz Refresh Rates and Auto Lip-Sync" Do receivers only support certain refresh rates? If you get one of the new 72Hz Pioneer 1080p/24 TV's, you need to make sure it's hooked up to a certain receiver? I had not previously realized that receivers only accepted certain refresh rates. |
