Default Recommendations for Office Conf Room

Not exactly home theater, but trying to find something suitable for the office. Current PJ sits on table but it is always in the way, plus the noise from it interferes with the speaker phone. Would move it to a ceiling mount or a shelf, but it would not work well. So I am looking at new PJ choices.

Want more resolution than current 1024 x 768, so thinking of 1920x1080 or similar. Might show odd movie, but mainly want more resolution for stuff like schematics, Excel spreadsheets, etc.

Want zoom and lens shift for more flexible mounting choices.

Want VGA15 and HDMI inputs.

Brightness and noise, let's see what my other choices bring. Obviously brighter and quieter are preferred. The room is 22 ft long by 14 ft wide. Have good light control but do not want to sit in the dark just to see the screen. We will have to buy a new screen too, or paint the wall. But for now I just want to identify the proper PJ so I can work out a budget for the overall upgrade. Trying to keep the PJ under $2k USD.

Was thinking about a Panny AR-100U for $1300 you get 2800 Lumens, 50000:1 contrast, full HD.

Decent choice? Should I be looking at something else?

Trying to keep the costs down, but definitely want resolution higher than 1024 x 768.
