Will be releasing some point in May.

It was also announced the home release will contain almost an entirely new version of the movie.

On the DVD, there will be something called “The Bizarro Cut,” which is an entire version of the movie made up almost entirely of material that’s not in the movie, going a lot further throughout, in every way. We shot so many scenes that are either going to a certain place, or just for story or pacing that, for various reasons, just didn’t fit in the final cut. You’ll see them on the DVD. “The Bizarro Cut” will be rich with stuff like that. You’ll also see some ideas for where Seth might have landed.

I really enjoyed the film, and this "Bizarro" cut sounds potentially epic! I am EXTREMELY excited for this.

Given how poorly the film performed at the box office, I wouldn't be shocked if the "Bizarro Cut" is the only extra. But I'd be OK with that.

I didn't get a chance to see this in theaters despite several attempts and with news of this "bizarro cut" this will definitely be a day 1 blind-buy.

saw it in theaters and it was great if you like David Wain's comedy. More zany than Role Models, not sure if people were ready. Also, low theater count

Completely unexpected how funny this was. I'm excited for the Bizzaro cut. Day 1 for me

Look forward to the alternate cut. I thought jokes were funny just not as plentiful as expected. Scenes felt short and a lot of opportunities for laughs were missed. Glad to see the studio didn't give up and just release the one version.

Amazon has the bizarro version listed for Instant Viewing but no info on the hard copy, just an image disclaiming both theatrical and "bizarro cut" included plus this quote:
