Question NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN....released again?

Is NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN being re-released in Blu-ray?
I thought I saw it was being re-released in Europe. If that's true, it might be re-released in the US, too. If so, I want to sell my NSNA Blu-ray and dvd to Amazon and wait for the re-release at a lower price.

There never was a release of it in Europe. You can just sell off your disc now and just buy the euro release instead of waiting for a US rerelease.

This doesn't make sense! Why do you want to sell the blu-ray, that you already have now, and re-buy the same movie again at a cheaper later, when it's re-released- to make a profit?

GUYS:

Thanks for the info.
I checked Amazon's prices for NSNA BLu-ray Collector's Edition and the dvd Collector's Edition:

1. NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN-Collector's Edition (Blu-ray + dvd)
Amazon merchant price for like new--$199.00
Amazon trade-in for like new---$5.00

2. NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN-Collector's Edition (dvd)
Amazon merchant price for like new--$36.00
Amazon trade-in for like new $9.45

So it looks like I'll hang on to them because I'm not sure if anyone is actually buying NSNA at the Amazon merchant prices of $199 and $36----the asking price is one thing and someone actually buying them at those high prices is another. Also, Amazon isn't exactly offering big bucks for like new ones.

Maybe because copies of the OOP US one go for upwards of $100 on ebay?

May be hoping for a better transfer. Still, I would wait for confirmation of that... Although I understand he could get decent money for it now since it is OOP.

Why don't you sell it on ebay? Plenty are going for over $70. Unless you like the idea of having an OOP copy, or hate UK logos, I see no reason why you shouldn't sell your copy, and get the UK one. The movie will more than likely be re-released in the US again, and when that happens, the resale value is going to tank.

MIFUNEFAN:

I've never tried to sell anything online. Maybe I'll try to sell them on a movie message board where I've been a member for a long time.
Thanks very much for the advice.

Are you shitting me?! ..Yeah I remember that. A lot of the OOP Criterion DVD's went for a decent amount back in the day. I remember seeing The Killer going for a lot back then too.

This is what pisses me off about Amazon trade-ins...unless your copy is mint and unopened, you're gonna get viertually nothing for trading it in, while they sell sealed copies for $100 a pop. I could have gotten $20+ per season of Kim Possible for sealed copies, but since I opened and watched both, the most I can hope for is six or seven dollars each, which isn't even worth the time and effort to box them up and send them in.
