Spider-Man is pretty resourceful in a fight and has beaten opponents that are technically more powerful than him.

Really? The Hulk is SUPER slow thats why Spider-Man defeated him. Cheetah in the other hand, has super-speed and super-strength. If Wonder Woman has a difficult time with her, you really think that Spider-Man has a chance?
