Brilliantly filmed and the 70mm process really shone through, even on a digital print, so the blu-ray should look fantastic. The performances are all-round excellent as well, with Phoenix and Hoffman both excelling.

However some might want to hold off from a blind buy as the film is not for everyone. It's a very intelligent and thoughtful film but it's also an obtuse film with no easy pointers or answers in the story it's telling or even the point it's trying to make. I say this being a fan of the film.
