Default Rocketeer Blu-ray Mix

I know that I've posted about this before, but I just have to say something. I just got The Rocketeer blu-ray. The picture is amazing. But....it has DTS-HD Master Audio. Ugh. I just don't get how people can listen to this. I have the sound balanced properly. That's not the problem. I either have the dialogue where I can hear it properly, but the effects are blowing out my eardrums, or have the effects at a proper level but the dialogue is so soft that you practically have to put your ear against the speaker to hear anything. I really wish they'd change the way that they mix DTS-HD. I don't have any problems with Dolby 5.1, TrueHD, or any other format. It's just DTS-HD Master Audio that's horrible.

I can change the settings on my blu-ray player so that the HD Audio is mixed (you can hear the menu noises, etc.) When I do this, it enables the DRC settings Off, Low, or High. This helps some, and the dialogue is able to be properly heard over the effects. I really wish they would include a Dolby 5.1 mix on all movies....especially on movies that were made before DTS existed. Like Rocketeer.
