Default Lord of the Rings-high def

I was talking to a co-worker today about the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, and he was saying that a Blu-ray release was not going to happen. He said there were only plans to release it on HD DVD.

Any thoughts?

Is your co-worker Peter Jackson?

New Line ships on both formats.

nobody knows at this point, but to say it couldn't happen would be foolish. i hope it comes out on blu, but there are no guarantees on these formats.

The answer is simple right now...New Line Cinema is neutral RIGHT NOW as it is an affiliate of Warner Bros. If it were to come out tomorrow, it would be on both formats.

She was the perfect women

edit: just want to give people a heads up. The video linked is kind of in bad taste, for those easily offended.

Don't associate with your co-worker ever again because he's an idiot and you don't want everyone else at work to think you're an idiot too.

Wink

Maybe your friend confused that porno Lord Of The C_ck rings with the Peter Jackson trilogy The Lord Of The Rings. And in that case, HD-DVD can have that one.
