Differences between studiocanal's versions of Evil Dead II?

Is what you get inside of the Steelbook the same as what you get in the special edition? Obviously the collectors version of the film is the one I would most want, but if the one in the regular jewel case has the greater quantities of extras or the better PQ/AQ I'd go for that one. If they are both the same, what is so special about the special edition?

Alternatively all together, if the UK has an even better version of the film on Blu do point the way, I was just going by what I could find on Amazon UK.
