That's what I paid for Seasons 1 and 2 together, so yeah, definitely needs to come down in price. Honestly, I don't understand why the TV season prices are so incredibly expensive from the beginning, it's so annoying. £30+ for a season is ridiculous when I know it's going to be £17 (or even lower) in a few months. I know I would buy more shows on release (and pay more for them) if they started at just above £20 and kept it there, instead of going from really high to really low on everything.

It's weird because we can buy a 200+ million dollar film for fifteen quid but a TV series which costs a quarter of that is three times the price (and has already been sold to worldwide markets). Can anyone answer a in a spoiler free way? As I haven't watched seasons one and two yet (I have the DVD's) how close these follow the books? [Show spoiler]

Are all seasons of True Blood region-free? I want to buy THIS set from Amazon UK and don't want to place an order until I can get confirmation from someone that these are region-free. I know Amazon says Region-free, but they're not 100% reliable, so I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks! |
