Spicoli Blu-ray Guru Member since:Sep 2010 Location:East of Seattle Trading Score:5	Sequels, Franchises and Remakes Or, how to be unoriginal and successful or not. I am getting tiresome of sequels and remakes. Yet I can tolerate and even love some franchises. What is the difference anyway? I know there is no solid answer here. Could there be a sequel to Lawrence of Arabia. Would Star Wars been just fine with never having to be called A New Hope? Bond = Franchise Iron Man = Sequel Toy Story = Sequel Indiana Jones= Franchise Friday THe 13th = Sequel, Franchise, Remake I am only a fan of Bond and Jones and one toy story. Actually I usually like the first of a sequel.
