Thought I would give everyone a heads up, I had a phone call with Play.com earlier over monies being taken from my Account 2 months early.
I had ordered the G I Joe Steelbook from the Entertainment Store. I was told that from now on Play.com will take the money Early, Hold onto it, and then at the time of Dispatch, only then do they pass it on to the 3rd Party Seller. When I told her that is not what the terms and conditions stated, I was simply told "they have now Changed" Just thought I would let the members know, just in case you didn't have the available funds in your Accounts. |

![]() Whenever I see Rakuten I have to say it like Hadouken! Dont know why ![]() ![]() I dont even bother checking Play anymore - they dont sell anything exclusive and they dont even sell things themselves. Bit of a waste of time all round really. |

Thanks for your email. I'm afraid to say that, once again, Play have decided to charge for pre-orders on one of our exclusive steelbooks. We did not instruct them to do this. Sorry for this - it was not, and is not, our intention to charge any earlier than the week before release. |
