Recent Blu-ray Steelbook Purchases from Amazon UK?

Just wondering if anyone has purchased any Blu-ray Steelbooks from Amazon UK recently?

The reason why I ask, is because I want to know how they've been sent out, in terms of packaging.

It's been a good while since I last ordered a Blu-ray Steelbook from Amazon UK, and I have one lined up, but wanted to get people's feedback on Amazon UK's recent packaging for Steelbooks before I commit to purchase.

They use a special container for Steelbooks. It holds the case away from the edges of the box to avoid damage. I've had 3 delivered and they've all been perfect apart from work from The Spine-Slasher™.

If I remember rightly, my last Steelbook purchase sometime last year arrived in packaging like that.

Just wanted to know from people incase Amazon had changed in terms of how they send them out.

Amazon never wrapped my last steelbook in a pink duvet

My Double Indemnity steelbook from Amazon arrived in the packaging pictured above a couple of days ago so looks like they're still going with that.

all of mine came that way bar battleship which had no packaging just my the shipping info stick stuck on to the steel-book. which some how arrived in perfect condition.


also if you only order one they just ship the order as package as above . more than you get one large box full of them.

Last steelbook I bought came wrapped in anti radiation/virus material secured inside a perspex reusable box, apparently this is the packaging of the future.

Theyve been in this bomb-proof packaging since way before Xmas last year. Only problem is for those people who have to have stuff through the letter box - youd need a catflap to get these through a door!
