Hi All

Has anyone bought this? Just watching it now and it looks a lot better than the previous BD...

So are you disappointed or confused that it looks better than the first BD? I would be happy if it does look better. The old edition had a lot of dirt and debris in the picture.

It does indeed look a lot better, there is still some debris though.

Is the title on the steelbook aswell or just the card slip? the latter would please me.
Does anyone have pics of inside artwork?
Have been contemplating this film lately. Cover is rather nice but would rather pay £5 for the regular amaray if the steel isn't that special.

The transfer does seem a lot better with this new version! I just wondered if any of you guys had seen the making of feature...I only seem to have the same old commentary track, can't seem to find any other features

Other than that, the steelbook itself is well made. Besides the lack of inside artwork of course which is a bit of a bummer

Hmmm, been unsure whether to pick this up. Some conflicting reports about the transfer:

Reviewer on Amazon says it's exactly the same transfer.

Any idea if we'll get an official review for this one?

Any chance on seeing some screen captures for comparison? The first release is pretty damn good.

Strange, according to the card covering supplied the disc should include:

Commentary Track by Director Neil Jordan
Theatrical Trailer
Stills Gallery
Behind The Scenes Dossier

That would have been something to make up for the lack of inside artwork
