Got as a gift, but got something different.
Willing to part for $3900 with 2 active 3D glasses
local transaction in So CA only.

Retails for $5199. Amazon and Ebay selling for $4400-$5000

Keep in mind that the 4K upconversion does NOT apply on 3D... the passive glasses cut the resolution to (1080p) but you can use the passive glasses from the theater if you want which is kinda nice.
