Default The Cleveland Show CANCELLED

Well, after 4 seasons the got canned... Just hope Cleveland goes back to Family Guy. Can't believe it got canned already. IDE rather see FG get canned instead. The last new episode will air I think may 19th.

I watch Cleveland... but honestly, it isn't that good. I think I missed an episode one week... but that's how little I noticed or cared to verify.

I like Family Guy, and American Dad finally grew on me... Cleveland just felt like it wasn't getting the most attention or the best writers. I like some of the characters, but honestly it missed more than it hit with me.

I hope you're not serious? This is easily the worst show on FOX in recent years behind Napoleon Dynamite and that weird show nobody cared about.

Anyways, praise the lord! The evil is gone!

And it only ran three seasons longer than it should have.

I do have to credit Cleveland for getting me to watch American Dad, though.

When Dad started, I ignored it... it didn't look like I would like it... Cleveland I thought would be good... so I was looking forward to that... and then from episode one I was disappointed... so then I figured if I'm watching that I should give Dad another try... and American Dad has really grown on me.

So... Cleveland got me to watch American Dad! That's about all it really did good for me.

I'm reading that Fox is saying it's not. From EW:

Quote:
UPDATE: Fox issued a few talking points about the Cleveland Show reports that pretty much reiterate what’s already been out there, though the network put stronger emphasis on the point that no decision has been made. Fox says the show will continue airing through May of this season. It has not been cancelled. But no episodes have been ordered for next season, with Fox noting they have plenty of previously ordered animated inventory from other shows in the pipeline to keep their slots full.
Although I wish they would. American Dad has been a lot better than Family Guy & The Cleveland Show lately.

Show's hit or miss. I laugh a lot at some episodes, I hardly crack a smile for others. Cleveland is an awesome character, though.

While the Cleveland Show is not officially cancelled it's been clear for quite a while that the show was being cancelled. Animated shows take a long time to produce and if the show was going to be picked up for another season it would have had to happen a while ago.

Seth MacFarlane may have been in favor of ending The Cleveland Show as well. From what I've read he's incredibly hands-on with virtually every aspect of Family Guy and The Cleveland Show whereas he's delegated most of the work on American Dad to the point where all he truly does is voice work, and as he's directing a movie this summer, creating a new live action show that has already been ordered for the fall, and writing Ted 2, it likely has gotten to the point where something had to go, and The Cleveland Show was the most obvious choice to end.

I would rather see Bob's Burgers get cancelled. What a dumb and annoying show!

I guess that explains why American Dad is better than the other two shows.

Bobs Burgers should have been not even ordered, Cleveland just misses some of the magic family guy has but the shows I did watch IE the one where he and the wife were talking about having more kids or whatever was pretty funny.

Are you guys serious?!? I love this show. Of all the Fox Sunday cartoons, Bob's Burgers is the one I feel I can't miss.

I've yet to crack a grin at an episode of Bob's Burgers. It's just not funny. The only half good episode was that Archer cross-over and that wasn't even Bob's Burgers.
