Nope, one of my guilty pleasures. I'd also love if they added a "soundtrack" only option so I can take in those sweet electronic sounds.

Halcyon+On+on by Orbital is also on the Mortal Kombat OST

And "Leave You Far Behind" was used in Mortal Kombat Annihilation 2 years before "The Matrix", hehe. There tended to be a lot of overlapping during the 90's with this stuff. Since you're a fan of this stuff, I'd say check out the soundtracks to the Playstation "Wipeout" games, if you haven't already. Orbital, Fluke, Future Sounds of London, The Prodigy, and many others are all there.

Though my favorite will always be the music from the first game, just for the nostalgia alone. It was all done by a guy named "Cold Storage".

I too would love this movie on BD! I am glad I still have my Hackers CD and the 'Hackers II' CD soundtrack. Gotta love the older electronica and it was a good time to be into electronica back in the 90's!

Yes and yes! Last time I saw rabbit was nocturnal wonderland back in 2001! I helped set up both hardcore rooms at that event and my last massive party I went too!

Been waiting for this to hit blu ray for so long. Think about it consantly especially being one of my fav films. Hoping we will get a release for this next year (long overdue).

Hackers is MGM so maybe Twilight Time would release it. If they did it would have an isolated score.

There's also a Hacker 3 Soundtrack.

I have this on VHS and DVD. I bought all 3 soundtracks. I don't want to buy the movie on iTunes or Amazon instant video. I would like to see this on Blu-ray!

Maybe MGM is waiting for 2015 for a 20th anniversary edition?

A friend of mine showed this movie to me as one of his guilty pleasures. I could immediately see why, but enjoyed it all the same. I'm also patiently awaiting the Blu-Ray.

He also said that the soundtrack was "legendary," so I ordered all three of them. Pretty good stuff there.

I love this movie have it on DVD, plus the soundtrack and I even own the book this movie is based off of.

would be a first day buy for me if it came out on bluray this and dangerous minds would be first day buys for me.

This movie is awesome. It would definitely be a day one buy for me too if it's ever released. I think it will be eventually since it's kind of a cult classic. The question is how long they make us wait for it. Hopefully not too long.
