Some of the few that I think would be up there...

Big Bang Theory - start at 3:00

Yes, she did it July 26th, 1990, and that was the first episode filmed after. It aired September 18th.

There is no audience for that show

I'm speaking strictly about shows with laugh tracks or filmed in front of a live audience like I have in my first post.

You should probably specify "live studio audience" in your OP.

I would have loved to hear the audience reaction to that moment in Friends, but the soundtrack leads into a U2 moment to start the relation that 7 years later will lead in to the great moment shown in the OP's post.
