The answer is yes.

(As a general rule, don’t just say physical media. Otherwise there will be an unfathomable DVD-only release.)

We want a Blu-ray/4K UHD release of The Mandalorian and of course I would buy it!

Disney likes money. There's a lot of money to be made off a Mandalorian Blu-ray.

Imagine the BB exclusive steelbook!

If The Mandalorian ever came to Blu-ray, I'd hope for an extended version of Disney Gallery, or at least the inclusion of deleted interviews; I'd especially like to hear more from/about Pedro Pascal* and his body doubles.

*Pascal's apparent absence from the last three episodes became especially odd when one of the "preview images" for the music episode showed him attending a scoring session, but Disney+ ended up posting the chapter without any footage from the session.

I would definitely buy this on Blu-ray, provided subsequent seasons are as entertaining as the first one was.

If they are going to put the first season on disc, wouldn't they want to release it before the second season starts next month? Wouldn't they have already announced such a release by now?
