Default Trouble with Importcds.com - No customer service

Does anyone have any contact information for Importcds.com? I've emailed through their online form 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have heard nothing back.

I bought a box of blu's from them recently and they sent 2 copies of a movie of which only ordered 1 copy and didn't include another in the order. Idiots!

Might want to post that here.

I haven't had any issues with them but I don't order from them or deepdiscount either.

Do they have a 1-800 number?

I Googled this and got this not sure if it legit but it doesn't hurt to try.

Yes, ImportCDs hates to be contacted about customer service inquiries. They've even disabled the "Contact Us" function from their website.

Not sure of the hours, but their phone number is (949) 225-1170.

Just be sure and specify that you're calling about ImportCDs. Pretty sure that number covers about five different websites.

Looking at their feedback on Ebay it appears that they do not respond to any emails. It makes sense when you see how much negative feedback they have it would be difficult to keep up

Had this happen with Deepdiscount (same parent company).

It seems like you can pretty much expect *NO* customer service from these guys of any kind. Even if they screw up in such an extreme way as to send the wrong item, charge the wrong amount, etc.

I factor that in when deciding to do business with them. Needless to say, I only bother when they have extremely good deals... which sadly has been very rare for them lately. If not for their prices on Olive Films, and occasionally on Kino, I see no need to even acknowledge their existance.

Oh Lord with all this bad talk about IMCD and DD I think I'll pass on ordering from them.

I was going to order from Import but from what it sounds like they aren't any better then Deep Discount.

They are the same parent company, although they are supposed to be run separately it sounds like the customer service level is the same LOL.

Honestly, if you see a really good deal, it's probably ok to order from them. In my experience they've only screwed up one time...importCD's I'm probably about 5 of 5, and deepdiscount.com has screwed up 1 order out of probably about 50 orders over the years.

I guess I'm on the 3 strike policy with them, so far they only have 1 strike (and it was just an issue over a few dollars i wanted back... so i just brushed it off). Even though I know they lack customer service, I would still shop with them if they had more frequent deals. Unfortunately about 2 or 3 years ago even their pricing went full retard, so it's been really hard to find any excuse to shop there.

I called the phone number before and I was directed to a representative with their Half/eBay division. He was incredibly helpful and took care of my inquiry. ImportCDs is great on the phone, but they do fail to reply to emails. I'm sure they receive more than they can handle though.

yeah as much as I love taking advantage of some of their prices (Olive titles and Warner Archive titles etc), they have next to no customer service. And when they respond, I have not found the "service" to be very good.

I have never had that problem. Are you sure you're ordering the right copy? I see various versions always listed so I always double check that it's the right one.

I had many problems receiving orders the first few years I ordered from Deep Discount -- I'm pretty sure someone at my post office was poaching my DVDs (this is circa 2005) -- and they always replaced them without any hassle. I've dealt with Customer Service at least a dozen times and they always resolved any order issues. At some point they removed the # from the site, but easy enough to track down. Haven't dealt with CS in a year or two so can't speak to the present.

ImportCDs is typically better at properly filling the order than DeepDiscount. God help you if something goes wrong with your order at either place, the customer service is non-existent.
