Good afternoon folks!
I got a question and was wondering whether you could help me out. I got the US edition of Sanctary season one. I live in Germany, which is why I can only use American discs that are region free. On the back of the aforementioned blu ray, it says that it's region-free. However, after trying to run it with my region code B player, an error message popped up stating that My player does not have the required region code. I now wondered whether it is possible to exchange my disc for a European version, considering that the problem wasn't really my fault? The distributor of the disc doesn't state an email address on his website, so I'm asking whether it's worthwhile to push? Does any of you guys have experience with such matters? thanks a lot for your answers - the proposed soultion unfortunately doesn't work, though. I tried it with two different players (Sony and Toshiba brands).
