So I have the digital version of Little Big Planet 2 (it uses a separate game data/save data than the retail version and the name is actually Little Big Planet 2 - Digital) and have been playing it for awhile.
I just realized that it was not uploading to the cloud saves, even though it is set to. Then I went to check the cloud, and there's NO saves for LBP2, although there is one for LBK. There's also no save data on the PS3 for the game either, despite me playing it fairly regularly in the last week. I don't understand this and have never had this happen. How is it not saving data on the console? And why is it NOT uploading to the cloud? Does anyone know what is going on with that? NOTE: I have the PS3 Slim and am a member of PS+ |

Wait, the digital version has a different save name/system than the disc one? I have the game through Playstation Plus, but if I ever got the disc version, would my saves not carry over? I know it does between the disc and digital version of the first game as I have both of those.

yeah, GOTY editions use different saves then the regular versions. The retail disc save of Arkham City is different than the retail version of Arkham City GOTY as well, so it's not just the digital v. retail.
