Can't upload new bundle title

First time uploader. Bought a couple of bundles not listed on site. Double bundle of Groundhog Day and Stripes. Web site Master Movie IDs are 19334 and 36452. I deleted pre-populated entry from top ID space and put both IDs in "Bundle IDs" with a comma (also tried comma and space). But when I submit, says no such movie IDs. Other bundle is The Fighter/Shooter/Four Brothers. Haven't tried uploading that one yet.

You don't enter Master movie ID's when adding bundles since it's more than one movie. The bundle ID section isn't for master movie ID's either, but rather for the Blu-ray database entry ID's. You can find those by going to the individual pages for each movie and seeing the number listed in the URL.

The ID's you put in the bundle ID section for Groundhog Day / Stripes are: 2560,26773

OK, submission was accepted but a few questions. I selected BD+UV copy but it publishes as BD+Digital Copy+UV, which seems to imply some other digital format plus UV. Is this OK? I tried to upload cover photo but says other photos pending and wait till they're published. Is this common? Also, tried to edit and add release date (month & year only), but doesn't seem to publish after hitting "submit." Thanks.

The digital copy options are a little odd. In order to add UV, you have to say that a digital copy is included. But the way it shows up makes it seem like it's a separate copy from the UV. The best thing to do is to go back and change it to "Unset" next to digital copy, but keep the "Yes" for UV copy. That should make it so it just shows the UV copy included.

Anyone can add pictures so that just means that someone else uploaded one since the database entry went live and it's now pending. It's pretty common.

I'm not sure about the issue with the release date. Maybe it won't submit unless you have the full date?

Based on my experience with submitting entries it lets you submit partial dates but that data isn't retained unless the full date is entered.
