Panasonic Viera blinking power light

Just as the title says, my Panasonic Plasma Viera's power light blinks 10 times before pausing and repeating. I've read forums that say this is a problem with the circuit board, and others saying that it's a problem with the power supply itself. I do have another power supply pack away. Having bought the TV in February of 2009, I'm way past my warranty.

Is there a way around this? Or do I need to buy a new TV?
