Hmmm - hes free to do as he pleases of course but I dont know if this franchisse needs anymore. The first is a bonafide classic, the second(Predators) is watchable but not great, and the Alien vs stuff is simply terrible.

What else can they do here? Weve already dropped them on our planet and then we got dropped on their planet(or a planet they hunt on). We saw some more details in Predators about how they roll and all that.

What else is there?

There's always something new they could do. They could do a mass safari invasion on Earth or something.

The next one should have Arnold and Danny Glover thrown onto the Predator hunting planet. Danny Glover has to say something like "I'm getting too old for this shit" right after he falls onto the planet. That would be brilliant.

Oh and of course Arnold would have to say something like "I'm back" just for shits and giggles.

How about a trip to the Predator's home planet in the sequel? It's been a while since I watched it, but I think the ending of Predators implied that possibility.

What more could they do? They could get a not-terrible filmmaker to do Aliens vs Predator right. Or they could forget about the bigger universe and the "mythology" (it almost always sucks for a franchise when the "mythology" becomes more important than the story) and just make another old-school action flick that would complement the first one. Predators like the heat, right? We've seen Central America, we've seen summer in the city. Throw a Predator into a war zone, or into southeast Asia, or into some other hot spot. The location is less important than making it a good actioner. There are any number of approaches they could take.

Right?! I hope they bring back Dutch somehow. That would definitely bring in more money, in my opinion.

I'm game for another Predators movie, provided 2 things.

1) Robert Rodriguez actually directs and writes it.
2) We either go to their planet or they come to ours in a hellish environment to prove their skills.

Excluding AVP, the Predator franchise has atleast been consistently good or better. I think Predators could have been better but it was far from bad. It just needed the violence ramped up and some better characters. Predator 2 still has one of the best taglines.... "He's come to town with a few days to kill."
