Is there any word of a proper 4k remaster for Terminator 2? - Blu-ray Forum

The new remaster for the original Terminator looks so great and I was hoping T2 would get the same treatment. The current T2 Blu-ray just looks god awful to me.

Aside from JC's comments that this is one of the movies he'd consider re-releasing in 3D, no.

No word, but it's absolutely inevitable it will happen at some point.

I hope we get a 4K release soon, it needs it. There could be an anniversary release in 2016?
