This appears to be the Ric White production of 2004. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0433341/ It should not be confused with An American Haunting or The Bell Witch Movie.

I've seen the DVD which is now OOP and hence now priced through the roof on Amazon. Its a local production and includes lots of the folklore of the Bell Witch. In other words the acting is on par to what you'd see at your local community theater. That being said, there really hasn't been a quality production on the generally accepted Bell Witch stories. An American Haunting was an OK effort but still waiting on something much better on par with say, The Conjuring.
