Is this getting a 4K UHD? And if so, any chance of Atmos or DTSX?
Trying to decide whether to watch the streaming version with that compressed 'BSAtmos' audio, or wait for a physical copy that hopefully will at least feature a Dolby TrueHD or DTS-MA lossless audio track...
It's going to suck if everything goes streaming, and all I can get is compressed audio to playback on the expensive ATMOS/DTSX AVR I invested in...

The 'bitstarved' streaming '4K' video is already barely better than a good 1080p BluRay, so it'll be extremely disappointing if we also lose access to lossless audio!

Universal Germany says DTS-HD MA 5.1, so that's almost certain to be what's on the US BD. The German BD also uses the title Doggy Style, which I find funnier at first glance:

I haven't seen this and am very disappointed that they chose to use animated mouths on the dogs, but I may give it a go.

To be honest the animated mouth effect looks pretty good here.

Wish this was getting a 4K release but sadly it’s not. I enjoyed the movie and want to watch it with my mom this weekend so im getting the blu-ray. I hope it does eventually get a 4K release for the people that are holding out. Good boys came out in 2019 and that never got a 4K release. Sony just recently put no hard feelings on Blu-ray but no 4K so I got the blu-ray. I don’t know why comedy movies are getting the short end of the stick when it comes to 4K. I guess I don’t need every movie in my collection to be 4K.

Rented the Blu from Redbox. Upscaled on my ub820, it looks pretty crisp. I can definitely see a case for a 4K on a PQ standpoint.
