Assassins Creed Commercial during NFL - Blu-ray Forum

I was watching the Patriots vs the Colts and they had an Assassins Creed commercial for the PS3. At the end of the commercial it showed the PS3 as well and said "starting at $399".

Anyone else see it?

No but I did see an awesome commercial for PS3 during the game that not only featured a few ps3 exclusive games, it showed Spiderman movie clips and IIRC showed off some of the other features of the PS3 as well

It did end with PS3 at $399

edit: Ratchet, Heavenly sword were a couple of the games that I remember; there was more too; and I know I saw the Blu Ray logo flashed a couple of times

I saw a Spiderman 3 commercial during the Colts-Patriots game, and they said available exclusively on DVD & Blu-ray. Last night, I saw American Gangster and during the commercials beforehand, they had a Blur-ray, "I DOI Blu" commercial.

Keep up the efforts BDA!

I haven't seen anything at the theater, but that's a great idea and they should do that more often.

Yup. I saw my patriots win, and I saw the A.C. ps3 commercial w/ the $399 price tag and felt really burnt for paying $599 for mine but that's one of the drawbacks of being an early adopter.Oh well.

I'd thought that AC might be boring because there aren't even any guns. I know, I'm pretty narrow-minded with my games, but it looked cool in the commercial but it's a game, not a movie. I'll wait for the demo, hopefully there is one.

I was at the movies a few weeks back and before the movie there was a PS3 Heavenly Sword and a blu-ray commercial as well.
The new commercials with the amorphous black blob are extremely well done.

I've seen all the commercials.

The AC commercial was disappointing. Yes, it looked epic, but I'm sick and tired of seeing cut scene material. I want to see, gasp, actual game play. I know, I know. I'm a rebel.

The Papa Johns pizza pissed me off. They did a Spidey 3 thing and then said "You get a $5 off coupon for Spider-man 3 on DVD." What? Why not BLU? Why not mention it? Screw you! Okay, calm down . . .

I missed the Pats game - I had to do some work. Very depressing - but hearing they won cheered me up.

I saw the PS3 (swiss army knife type) commercial twice during the Family Guy.

Very cool. Looked good in hi-def.

I thought it was pretty funny that they only mentioned that AC was avaliable on PS3. They didn't show or mention the PC and 360 versions at all.
