Shaun of the Dead on Blu any time soon? - Blu-ray Forum

I know some movies are going dual HD format now. Unfortunately, HotFuzz went DUD. Anyone know if they'll be swinging both ways soon

? Or at least for Shaun? God, I love that movie.

Shaun and Fuzz are owned by Universal, so.... no. Not anytime soon.

If you haven't seen The Evil Dead 2 it was far funnier than Shaun of the Dead and is available on blu-ray. Dawn of the Dead is also funny, but in more of a dark comedy sort of way.

I loved Shaun of the Dead. Hot Fuzz was okay, but it missed the mark.

yeah, i agree. it's funnier the more you watch it, but shaun of the dead i priceless

I'm not the kind of man to give oral pleasure for things... But shaun of the dead on BD.... haha

aren't they blu in england? i was wondering if they were region free there. shaun would be worth it.

I think what happened in the UK was that on UK amazon.com they had labled the shaun of the dead dvd as blu ray and it suckered a few of us in to thinking it was getting released.

the same thing is on amazon.com last time i checked they have the tales of crypt marked as blu ray set yet i can't find it on the WB store.
