Forgive me if this has already been discussed (i did search)
When i got my Finding Nemo code - i initially couldn't get into the website to enter the code... but... a few days later everything worked fine - logged in, points registered... figured it was all just a temporary hiccup However, I now have some points from Aladdin... and have been trying for days to log-in BUT... it just keeps telling me, it cannot find either my email or password (doesn't specify which) I've tried asking for a password retrieval, and it says IF it has found my email address on it's records they will send my password via email.... but... nothing ever arrives It feels as if my account has been completely deleted ![]() Is anyone else having issues? |
