Can anyone help? affordable full HD digital camera

I am looking for one to treat myself for a birthday coming up. I want it reasonably priced, at max $200. It can be any brand but it must shoot 1080p video and have good picture quality when using it for still photos. Wifi built in is a plus but it doesn't have to have it.

I suck at looking online and when I find stuff, I have no idea what I am reading. Can anyone help out?

this Canon seems to fit under your specifications.

The sony ones are also good. Nikon is another good brand for point and shoots. But from personal experience I like Canon.
