Has anyone ever encountered this problem on the board. I recently purchased the film Carnage directed by Roman Polanski that was released by Sony last week and now I've gotten around to playing it.
The problem is that when the film starts it just plays only the film without any dialog, the music is the only thing that plays. Sorta like an isolated music and effects track. I've tried both audio options which are really limited just to English and French and nothing has worked. No dialog is being heard at all! I tried unplugging my player and see that was the issue, but clearly is not since I put on my Blu-Ray of Side Effects soon after to make sure that it was only relegated to this disc. This is the second time I've encountered this issue with a Sony Blu-Ray the other one being, Midnight In Paris earlier this year that I had to return to Best Buy for the same problem. So what do you guys think the issue is and what should I do about this? Last edited by gothamknight; 09-02-2013 at 05:03 AM. |

I guess I'll just have to return the disc to BB and get a new one. I'll have to contact Sony as well and see what the deal is because this is just too odd. Thanks for the help! |
