Default Question about The Walking Dead S4 digital copy code

I had a question about TWD S4 Cinema Now code that I was hoping some here would know the answer to.

I got the Cinema Now code from BB for S4 when I bought the set a few months ago and was wondering:

1. Have all the redemption issues been resolved with this? I saw a thread earlier that seemed to indicate that there were a lot of redemption issues with the S4 code, but that a lot of them seemed to eventually clear up. Were all these issues resolved, in particular with the CN code?

2. I'm assuming that this code has to be redeemed through CN and can't be redeemed via any of the other services (like Vudu)?

3. Is this UV enabled, so that if it is redeemed in CN it will automatically port over to the other UV services (Vudu, Target Ticket, Flixster, etc...)?

4. Does this redeem in HDX (or the equivalent in CN) (or HD or SD)?

5. Is there any difference in what you get or potential consequences for access or anything down the line between redeeming the UV code from inside the package vs. the CN code sent by BB?

As you can see in my sig, I'm trying to sell this since I also have the UV code that comes inside the case and don't need both. I have a local buyer from CL who is interested in this but want to make sure everything will be OK if I sell it to them, I don't want to steer them wrong.

I myself would like to keep one code to redeem in my own Vudu account and was hoping to sell the CN code, but the buyer indicated they use Vudu mostly too. If there is no difference I guess I could possibly sell them the UV one and keep the CN one myself.

Thanks!

I redeemed mine the day I received the preorder code. It took about 30 minutes, but eventually all episodes appeared in my UV locker and in Vudu.

Yes it is a Cinema Now code. You can't hurt anything if you try to redeem it at Vudu or Flixster. Worst case it will say it's a invalid code.

Yes it is UV enabled as long as your Cinema Now is linked to your UV locker. I redeemed only the Cinema Now code and still had the included UV code with the set to do something with.

HDX

Gibberish, it's the same thing... the big difference is there are 2 episodes on the Blu-Ray that are extended which are not extended on any streaming services. No special features in either CN or Vudu.

Yes, they cleared up around the official release date.

Yes, it's only good on CN. You'll likely notice that it's shorter than a typical UV code.

Yes, it's UV and will transfer to the other services including Vudu, Flixster, and Target Ticket.

The episodes transfer to Vudu as HDX.

Well, I noticed that I didn't get access to the bonus "Inside the Walking Dead" episodes on Vudu. Redeeming the UV code from inside the package on Vudu might grant access to those. I don't know.

Thanks, KFelon and Evil for those most helpful responses, they were exactly the info I was looking for.

I just wanted to make sure everything would be OK before responding to the person from CL who contacted me to make sure I don't end up giving them a code that still has issues.

Also, it's good to know that there should be no difference between the CN and the UV codes in case the other person doesn't want the CN code but would take the UV code. I myself prefer Vudu because I try to redeem everything there as much as possible. I don't even have a CN account yet, but it's not a big deal to set one up, I suppose.

Thanks, again!
