Warner Brothers - Old Code Redemption Issues

As most everyone knows Warner Brothers extended the redemption period for most of their digital copies to sometime in 2017 (5/17/2017?).

Prior to today I had always contacted Digital Copy Support and within a day or two received a new code with very little hassle; however today I received a less than standard response requesting additional information which seems unusual for Warner Brothers vs some of the other studios.

Thank you for your interest in Warner Bros. Digital Copy offers. The Digital Copy offer is a limited time offer for DVD or Blu-Ray products purchased near its initial release date. The offer’s expiration date is specifically stated on (a) the outside packaging of your DVD or Blu-ray disc, (b) the insert, (c) the Digital Copy disc, and/or (d) the redemption site. Please note that sometimes one website will advertise as having a specific item, but that does not mean that another website will have the exact same item available.

In order to verify the validity of your Digital Copy offer, please respond with the following information:

•Did the product you purchased include a Digital Copy offer on the outside packaging?

•If so, please provide us with scanned copies of the packaging so that we can confirm the details of your Digital Copy offer?

I'm wondering if they are pulling back from giving replacement codes?

If it makes a difference the movie was Rocknrolla.

I sent them a copy of the insert and a screen capture of their own website citing the redemption date of 5/17/2017.
