![]() ![]() Ok, is this seriously out on Blu-Ray? I have been waiting for this for years and it has been out? 2 stores say it's available for shipping? Best Buy's price of $35 is very expensive, but Target is just $25 isn't that bad. This can't be an import.. right? I've never seen Target nor Best Buy sell imports. I am super confused right now. ![]() http://www.target.com/Eternal-Sunshi...2&searchPage=1 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Eternal+...0blu&lp=1&cp=1 Last edited by The_Basterd; 05-26-2010 at 07:55 PM. |

don't buy it off BB.com, just go to amazon uk and buy it. i think it comes out to like $12-$15 bucks plus whatever the shipping is (which i hear isn't very much - right around what the US shipping is anyway), so its much cheaper than ordering from a different site.
this is my second favorite movie of all time. definitely gonna pick this up soon. if i ever remember to go the uk site instead of the standard US site which is where i do all my shopping ![]() |

I wouldn't get too excited about the Canadian release, it's from Alliance & they are notorious for releasing movies not in the OAR, not to mention it's probably bare bones (no extras). I would either wait for a proper US release or import from UK or Japan granted those have good PQ & AQ

There is no UK release of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind...
Just Canada which is OAR with DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio and Japan which is also OAR with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio. The Japanese release includes the commentary by Michel Gondry and that's it. Get the Canadian release which is a lot cheaper unless you really want to pay a premium price just to have a commentary. |

sin city the illusionist fanboys trainspotting goodwill hunting and i will add eternal sunshine to that list. all the movies i listed were released by alliance in correct aspect ratio and 1080p transfers with DTS 5.1 sound. offcourse i will not argue about special features because you are correct they tend to leave those out, but i get the movie with good aq and pq i wont complain. i own eternal sunshine myself and have watched it twice, its a good transfer, believe me you wont regret picking up either jpn or cdn release. |
