Default 2011 documentary "Rise" on figure skating tragedy

Has anyone here seen the 2011 documentary "Rise" which commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 1961 crash of Sabena Flight 548 that tragically killed the entire US figure skating team? The tragedy not only took young lives, but it set back US skating for at least 20 years. There would not be another US man to win Olympic gold until Scott Hamilton in 1984.

A DVD and Blu-ray were released for the film. There is also a bonus disc that includes the original television broadcast of the 1961 U.S. Figure Skating Championship, which shows many of the skaters that would later be killed just a few days afterwards. The site that sold the DVD/Blu-ray, rise1961dvd.com, is no more, unfortunately. In fact, it was gone just a short while ago. It was still there in August 2013 according to archive.org. Here is what the site looked like.

So is there anyone fortunate enough to have obtained the discs? I searched through all the shopping sites I know and couldn't find any used copies.

With the winter olympics coming up, it saddens me to see the media again dredging up the Tonya-Nancy scandal, while the wonderful "Rise" or even the Sabena Flight tragedy itself have gotten no coverage from mainstream media.
