Default Are there movies in USA with DCs available from other countries?

I was looking to get hold of Man of Steel on bluray, but then realised there is a UV code in the USA.

My question is, is there a country where i can get the movie that will also come with an ITunes digital copy rather than a UV (of course, i understand it will only redeem in that country's ITunes store)?

Also, how often does this apply to movies where you can't get the digital copy in USA with the physical media, but you can in another country?

Examples would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know with Surperman its UV only internationally.

The UK UV should also come with the maximum movie mode video commentary.

To answer your question US titles are more likely to contain an iTunes copy although they are becoming rarer and un-advertised.

Then comes issues of disc based region protection (A, B Etc) so a happy mix is Digital Copy Codes from a US copy but buy the disc in your own region which if you are UK based you will know is either none or UV.
