Thumbs up My Setup: Comments Welcome!

Hey folks! Long time reader, new poster.

I finally got my new receiver and am happy to say that I've developed what I believe to be a pretty decent setup. Let me know your thoughts (good, bad, etc.). Thanks!

TV: Panasonic 50" 1080p TH-50PZ700U
RECEIVER: Pioneer Elite VSX-92TXH
CABLES: Monster M-Series HDMI, LFE, M-Series Speaker Wire, Monster Banana Plugs
IPOD DOCK: Denon ASD-3W
SPEAKERS: Definitive Technology ProMonitor 800 (x4), ProCenter 1000, and ProSub 800.
POWER CONDITIONER: Panamax M5400-EX
CONSOLE: Sony PS3 60GB

Love the new iPod dock I purchased, too. But, it's a little complicated to figure out (and possibly still a little buggy). Anyone else an owner?

Thoughts in general?

Thanks!

I envy you.... but nevertheless, I hate big screen. I prefer 20-30 inch, but the sound system..... hmmmm.... I want it.

Don't worry, you wont get burn-in, you would need to play like 6 hour of a game in which you have static images (non-moving). Pretty unlikely, even in games.

I'm not much of a gamer, but when I have time, I like to play once in a while. I've never had any issues with burn-in or retention on it. It's an incredible TV, and the QAM tuner in it makes it even better! Unfortunately, I'm only able to have standard cable (no box!) right now, so the only high-def channels I have are the ones the QAM tuner picks up. Wishing my TV had 'TV-Guide' capability built in like the Pioneers! And to lessen the potential for any screen related issues, I'll likely have my TV calibrated within a couple of months...

Oh yeah, did I mention that this is all my bedroom setup? My roommates didn't want to go in on the purchase for a new TV for the living room, so I decided that since I paid for it all, I should get the glory of watching 50 inches of 1080p madness. Sounds fair, right?
