Dreamworks UV Question

Tried using CinemaNow to get digital copies of Turbo and The Croods. Looked like the codes were activated but then no access to the movies. After going back and forth with CinemaNow and UV for a week I have been informed I need to contact the studio(s) which appears to be DreamWorks but have not found any UV contact for DreamWorks. Can anyone help?

DreamWorks movies are distributed on dvd/blu by Fox, so that is who you would contact for DC help.

https://foxredeem.com/support has FAQ etc and gives this email address for support: DigitalHDSupport@foxcustomercare.com

http://www.foxdigitalhd.com/titles lists the titles that Fox as issued with uv codes

PS - if you look at the redemption link printed on the ultraviolet code sheet, that web address will always lead you to the studio that can offer support in case of issues.
