Has Film Arena released any WEA steelbooks yet, or do they just basically do a Blufans OAB thing for all releases? I seriously don't know, so I apologize if this is common knowledge.

OAB-like steels so far

Not all are in the "numbered collection" though. They sell general releases as well

From what I've seen so far, the slipcovers and extras included in the releases are pretty top-notch
like BF/Nova -level imo

I agreed with this statement, esp from all the pictures members on this forum have posted.

Yep. And I actually like it a bit more than BF slipboxes. Some of the BF boxes are thin and none of them are fully sealed on spine.

Yeah, I'm thinking we all should get together and start a US company that does this. The profits have to be ridiculous since all they're doing is design work and printing. I wonder what all is involved in getting rights to only produce slipcovers? Judging by the response these have gotten, there's obviously a pretty big market for it, since most companies are starting to do it now.

Haha yeah and provide actual customer service, unlike somewhere like Nova with their automated email responses and horrible servers.... and "terrified" "CS", afraid of orders coming in!

That company would make a killing then!

Plus I would think getting rights to a title may be easier?

I hope I'm able to get this one. It's the only one I missed out on because the original run was only 350, and it sold out pretty quick. If there is a delay, maybe they are increasing the run. Fingers crossed.

I think so since we are "domestic"? Lol you'll be in charge of cs. I think you're really good at that.

You guys should totally go for it.
You could call it JRV Media Fans or JRV Slips'nCardz

Cause, you know, the name Blufans is already taken

It would definitely just be done through here, as blu-ray.com exclusive group buys.
