A new game with the heroines from Infinite Stratos is scheduled to come out this winter for PlayStation 3 and Vita. Developer 5pb is playing to their strengths with Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts. The upcoming game is a "love ignition adventure."

The story is about memories from one summer’s school festival. In addition to the five characters pictures on the right, Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts also has Tatenashi Sarashiki and new characters in the game.

Liberation Maiden Sin developer 5pb is making a new Infinite Stratos game. Famitsu explains, Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts is a traditional visual novel game. Each of the heroines has a different ignition point and stress point. Earning ignition points moves the story forward.

According to the magazine report, when enough stress builds up, there will be a “Passion Event” followed by some sort of punishment. Additionally, a cute chibi-style Charles (Charlotte) figurine with cat ears will be included in the limited edition version of the game.

Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts will be taking off on February 27, 2014, for PlayStation 3 and Vita.

Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts is an upcoming visual novel from Muv-Luv maker 5pb. Players can interact with different characters from the series and earning ignition points advances the story, which is set in IS Academy during a summer festival.

Minami Kuribayashi who sang the opening song for Muv-Luv will sing the theme song titled "Coloration" for Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts. 5pb plans to release the game on February 27, 2014 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
