3D & Transfer questions

Two questions:

1. I own Dredd on Blu-ray which includes a UV code. When redeemed is it in 3D or 2D, or both versions made available to stream? I'm visiting family over the holidays, and would like to have movies to watch with my brother on his player (his TV is not 3D). If it only redeems in 3D, would it not "downgrade" to 2D?
   
   
2. Just watched The Heat which is a total piece of crap. Am I able to transfer that title and others' to someone else's VUDU account?

Regarding Dredd, the version you get from the UV code is 2D only. UV codes from 3D Blu-rays virtually always redeem a 2D only version. There have been very few exceptions to that, so always count on them being 2D and 2D only.

#1. The Dredd UV code will redeem the 2D version only -- it doesn't matter if your Dredd Blu-ray disc was in 2D or 3D.

#2. You cannot transfer that title, or others, out of your UV or Vudu accounts. You can, however, link Ultraviolet accounts together where you share your Ultraviolet movies with others. Titles in their Ultraviolet accounts are also shared with you.
