Haven't seen this disc, however Eureka in the uk has a blu-ray and it is of reference quality! Unfortunately it is region b locked. but it is quite cheaper than this dutch copy.

It appears to be region B only and the word on German forums is that the overall quality is reference grade.

Well it is hard to know for sure, I can almost guarantee you that it is Region B.
However, it might Region A as well. I purchased two region B titles from Australia, Journey to the center of the earth and the Boston Strangler and they also played Region A. Also I bought Buckaroo Banzai from Amazon de and although it is region B, the movie will also play region A. But on the surface it is impossible to know. I would recommend you buy a Region Free player.
