There is a PC version available and I bet that it can be modded to look as good, but I don't own a copy on PC and I would be content with a more plug-and-play Steam download.

I think I'll still wait for a sale on the game though, since I already have it on PS3 (even though it'll look and run much better).

I own it for the Wii, but I'm more than willing to buy it again. It's not only the last Resident Evil game that I enjoyed, but I believe it's the strongest entry in the entire series. It contains that perfect balance of classic survival horror and action.
